Lately I’ve been dreaming at nights, in my sleep. Not a very common thing for me, i.e. I’ve never remembered my dreams. So nightmares for me are only during the days, when I’m wide awake. Last night’s dream was a queer one. I don’t remember the complete sequence but things that caught my attention most were:
- I and two other roomies of mine have locked 2-3 guys in our house and we are ensuring from outside that they cannot come out. (I have absolutely no idea who the guys are and why we are doing this.)
- We are running around at the bus terminus in search of the bus (Again no clue as to which bus)
- We get separated, one of the roomies is with me in a, no on a bus. Double Decker I guess.
- We trying to hide from the police coz some one just scared us saying what we did is a crime and will be punished. Also we are afraid that the guys must have found a way out by now and would be looking for us, probably with the police.
I can in a way relate this to having watched National Treasure the night before on star movies. But how about the dream in which I have Jonny Depp, as a Pirate, trying to escape from the governor and his daughter. He ties up huge octopuses under water to make a bed kinda thing which he can use to hide under and save himself from bullets. So it’s not always that the bollywood movies are funny and unbelievable. And the queerest thing about my dreams is this feeling of me floating/jumping in air as high as the eagles fly. I mean in this Jonny Depp dream, Jonny was jumping across high fences and walls with the help of a long bamboo. Jump across lakes, grass lands and playgrounds with just a single bamboo. There was once this dream of mine where I was perched upon a palm tree that was very high, very as in the people on ground seemed to be as small as dots. And the tree started swinging quite rapidly. I could feel the movements as though it was not a dream but reality. And once I was this pin-pong ball who could fly high, as high as the palm tree I just mentioned. And take people on rides to see how the world looks from high above. What could be causing these dreams?? I’m not very afraid of heights as such. What else could be the reason??
