Tiny RANT

I hate this test of English proficiency in standardized tests. I mean, all that you wanna know is whether I can follow what is being said in the class. And for that I see there be no reason for me to have an impeccable language. You do not need to see if I recognize (I obviously do not) a verb form or if I can match a subject with an appropriate verb. My essay seems to speak volumes of my abilities and disabilities, at the same time. I mean a person with the best and effective knowledge of the afore mentioned likes can probably score a perfect 10 when tested for the same in bits. But when it comes to composing and presenting his/her thoughts (I see I ain't bad at it) the person* may fail miserably. And I believe that eliminates my need to clear the verbal section of the standardized tests. (How I wish I were being read by the right persons.)

* - I can very well cite examples, but how does it matter to me or for anyone?? I will still have to figure out ways to match the subject with the proper verb.
