Customer Delight

This has been the buzz word ever since I joined this firm. They tried to instilled this idea into us giving us various examples. But it never made as much sense to me as it makes now. It’s been a couple of months since Radio Mirchi arrived to Bangalore. And according to my observation most instruments these days have it playing when compared to Radio City. I find Radio City plays the latest songs most of the times. So it kinda gets repetitive over time. You can get to hear the same song at least thrice a day. Radio Mirchi I found has a li’l different play list. It not just plays the current favorites, but you could also get to listen one of your relatively old favorites. This I realized when I heard the song “Maine Payal hai chankayi” by Phalguni after a long long time. And was delighted :) and best understood the meaning of Custome Delight

RM is a seemingly refreshing change for the bangaloreans who've reached the end of their wits with the pathetic 1-song-followed-by-100-commercials routine of radio city...Soon it would also suffer the same fate as radio city. It's not innovative enough!
