Living Life... King Size...

These days children are a pampered lot. Most daughters are pampered by their dad. Even I belong to the same. And I seem to realize this all the more lately.
Mom asks me not to help her in the kitchen, if I ever offer to. In fact she gets my served plate to where I am sitting, and busily watching TV (heights of being lazy isn't it? But I am so immersed in the TV that keep ignoring her calls. At last she gets my plate for me.)
Dad gets me a glass of water after every meal (I seldom keep water with me at meal times.)
This time when I'd been home he even prepared the sandal wood paste for me to apply on my face, coz it helps me get rid of pimples. If I say I'll do it by myself he's got this to say
"You don't know how to do it properly. Lemme do it and show you"
'Dad, you forgetting that I was the one who used to prepare it for you every morning for pooja for quite a number of years'
The next night I'd forgotten to prepare the paste again, as usual. I remembered it when I was composing this post. I went down to the pooja room collected the sandal wood and the grinding stone and sat in front of the TV when dad came out of his room to drink water. His immediate reaction was, "Oh!! I forgot you wanted to apply it after dinner. I was sitting here all the while doing nothing till now. Lemme do it."
"Dad please!!! I'll do it by myself. And do it right"

Now now... who else would pamper me so much?? I don't expect to find any one.
