Girls

A very well known fact is girls can chatter for any length of time, non-stop. God has given them amazing ability to keep the conversation going (be it one sided.) Another of their abilities, among many others, is to listen, which most men lack. My friends and me could spend the whole night talking, night after night (could continue even through the day but got to be in the office). I mostly do the listening part, coz girl's talk is always amusing.
The talks could be as trivial as deciding upon what should be worn to office the next day. This could at times be such that we sit up till 12 in the night. Well, not all the time is spent on dresses. It actually takes 5-10 mins to select what is to be worn. But explanation regarding the background of the dress, who liked it and who didn't, what her special friends had to say about it, what happened on its first wash, etc etc...
And we could also have highly profound talks on, why to (not) have a boyfriend, what it is to get married, to bear a child... to... debates on socioeconomic, political issues, etc.
I am surprised with myself these days for having so many things to talk about and so less time. Being a girl, it’s tough to manage time for everything in just 24 hrs.
